APP DOESN’T WORK
This app has been down for longer then I can remember with a thing saying network error and I’m tired of having to go online to check someone needs to fix this asap.
Not working after update
The app suggested I update to the new version last week—it hasn’t worked since. The error message says “network error”. The desktop version still works fine. What is going on?

App was working just fine until I did the update it requested now I can’t even log in. Can you please fix it. The app is very important for me to have.
App Problems!
The bill pay option doesn’t work at all.
The Face ID doesn’t work at all.
The check deposit works eventually, but it does some weird stuff with the camera ratios and takes a while to get a photo that will be accepted.

Not Accurate
The only thing accurate is my balance and even that can be spotty sometimes. My transactions are never current in fact some of them never show up at all. I have to download the spreadsheet to get an accurate transactions list. It’s a hassle and frustrating. The website does the exact same thing. It was fine before this last update. Idk what you guys did to the website & the app but you need to fix it
