So much to be said
Still a customer but this app is horrible.. to name a couple areas that are bad: invoice, WiFi activity, logging in, and much more. Love ripple fiber but there app is piss poor if I could give less than a star rating I would
Zero functionality
Lacks basic capabilities like broadcast scheduling, equipment restart or reboot, credential modifications seem not to work. Overall I love the service levels of the speed and availability but the app is lacking.
Needs serious work
My phone when from portrait to landscape while I was in the agent chat and it got me out of the chat and had to start the entire cycle over. Then when I did, it sat there for minutes just for a motivation to come through that said agent had left the chat even though I was not notified that they had joined the chat.

Useless App
App has zero visibility into being able to reset or seeing what could possibly be the issue(s). You can’t even look into your account details and has no way to see statements. This company has a long way to go.
