Where is my Data?
I like this app a lot, when I have data. 70% of the time, my water usage is updated daily with a 48 hour delay - so today (Thurs.) I would see my usage from Monday. However, 30% of the time the data may not be reported for a week or more. It’s been 8 days! Where is my data? It’s so frustrating. I’m in the middle of fixing leaks and trying to change habits to use less water and I have no feedback. I cannot depend on this app to have consistent data, and without data it’s useless.

Still broken - good enough for government work
Really? Can anybody make this app work? It’s been broken for ages now. What a joke.
Current version won’t load
The current version doesn’t load on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I get a back screen and then the app quits.
App not working
The last recorded date for usage is April 10, 2023. I have reloaded the app and still no new recordings. I try to go to ‘support’ and get a message that it can’t be accessed. My iPhone is up to date so that is not the problem. I am sure support could help if I could get to them. I like checking weekly usage to make sure we have no irrigation leaks. Any suggestions on how to get this app working?

Black Screen
App no longer works. It was great when it did over a year ago, but now when I launch the app on my iPhone nothing loads. It’s just a black screen. Help!!!
