The Rise On app provides support no matter where a person is on their journey. We have set out to build a community of support along the way. Our mission is to provide direct access, referrals, and harm reduction supplies to community members in Boston’s MetroWest. This includes support, resources, and education about substance use and addiction, sexual health, LGBTQ+ health, and other social services. What Makes Rise On Special?
