This bank is efficient and reliable. The interest rate has been consistently high. The app is easy to use. The transfers are done smoothly. Customer service is helpful and competent.

Very very bad experience
Worst banking app ever
Constant log-in issues, site appearance is very messed up. Continuous error messages for every attempt to access documents and statements. App sucks and so does website-basically non-functional. Moving my money ASAP.
Great reliable personal bank app
Very well done app that uses the industry leading Jack Henry Associates software backbone. Interface is familiar to other regional bank apps.

They closed my account after a few months. Apparently, this online bank considers a handful of electronic ACH transfers to/from verified external accounts to be “unusual.” I would avoid this bank
Still needs work
It does cover the basic functions of paying bills, checking balances and transferring money between accounts. One of my complaints about the app is depositing checks. The instructions tell you to put “For Mobile Deposit Only” on the check, but the app will reject it as it requires “For Deposit Only” without the word mobile. I also had several issues setting up external transfers, but to be honest, their website had the same issues. The good news their customer service people are great to work with.
