Idea is great however, just wish the team would improve on the current version.

Online version just keeps restarting
I cannot do one risk assessment without it crashing and restarting without saving details.
Forget support Ive been waiting all week for for someone to get back to me.
Dont know if a recent update to windows 11 or the browsers is causing problem, but at the moment it is unusable.
Over priced for a limited selection of risks.

Hi Mr Stump, thanks for your review. You're absolutely right, we're known as the Risk Assessment App, so within the Risk Assessment module, the user is presented with a well presented, templated PDF Risk Assessment as the end product. There are of course other modules, including Method Statement, Accident Prevention Reports and Audits. Each module is designed to be very easy to use, with the only limitation being the content the user wishes to enter. The product is completely customisable for any industry, so you can populate it with your own hazards and control measures. With this in mind, i'd have to argue, there are no limitations to the content of your risk assessment. I see you've not used the full product. If you'd ever like a demo or some more information on how to use our software, and indeed the online version please just let us know - we'd be happy to show you how to use it.

For sometime now we have been trying to find a simple solution to what has been an uphill struggle in the implementation, applying, documenting, completing, monitoring and auditing our RAMs.
And here it is, all of it!! We are now a subscriber. In addition, any Q’s requiring A’s have been sorted out by a very helpful team at the end of a telephone.
We recently required some assistance on generating some audit templates and were asked to send over some copies!! Within no time at all, we didn’t get “ you need to do this” they were all done, uploaded and ready for use!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
