Glitchy, program jams and won’t progress. Back up support is poor.

Online version just keeps restarting
Only got this few days ago and quite frankly im thinking what a waste of money.
I cannot do one risk assessment without it crashing and restarting without saving details.
Forget support Ive been waiting all week for for someone to get back to me.
Dont know if a recent update to windows 11 or the browsers is causing problem, but at the moment it is unusable.

Over priced for a limited selection of risks.
Stupid amount of money for an app that produces a limited risk assessment and requiring a yearly subscription for what is fundamentally a template or a risk assessment.

Hi Mr Stump, thanks for your review. You're absolutely right, we're known as the Risk Assessment App, so within the Risk Assessment module, the user is presented with a well presented, templated PDF Risk Assessment as the end product. There are of course other modules, including Method Statement, Accident Prevention Reports and Audits. Each module is designed to be very easy to use, with the only limitation being the content the user wishes to enter. The product is completely customisable for any industry, so you can populate it with your own hazards and control measures. With this in mind, i'd have to argue, there are no limitations to the content of your risk assessment. I see you've not used the full product. If you'd ever like a demo or some more information on how to use our software, and indeed the online version please just let us know - we'd be happy to show you how to use it.
Needs improvement
It’s simple to use and navigate around, documents look good. I’m only using the free version at the moment but certainly won’t be paying £60 for the full version, it’s completely unjustified. There seems to be mistakes and out of date information throughout the app i.e it still says 17th edition wiring regs. It’s the 18th now. Yes, you can change it yourself but if you’re paying £60, you shouldn’t have to. Can’t seem to add things like tools either, why is there not a tab for power tools instead of them being mixed up with everything else? A tab for ‘tool group’ or search bar instead of having to scroll through them all? Great as a free app, it’s far from £60 worth though.

As an SME operating remotely (Mobile Units) this application has proved to be an extremely useful tool indeed!! WE ARE NOW AMONG THE CONVERTED!!
For sometime now we have been trying to find a simple solution to what has been an uphill struggle in the implementation, applying, documenting, completing, monitoring and auditing our RAMs.
And here it is, all of it!! We are now a subscriber. In addition, any Q’s requiring A’s have been sorted out by a very helpful team at the end of a telephone.
We recently required some assistance on generating some audit templates and were asked to send over some copies!! Within no time at all, we didn’t get “ you need to do this” they were all done, uploaded and ready for use!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Value for money
The cost of not getting risk assessments right can be substantial. This is a comprehensive yet simple to use App that works offline in the remotest of locations and then loads the assessment onto the Cloud as soon as connectivity is restored. Excellent customer support to get us started. Highly recommended.

Sometimes crashes
App sometimes freezes and crashes when halfway through an assessment, very annoying!!
Needs lots of polishing
Having tried the “lite” software to decide if making a £60 app purchase was worthwhile, I have come to the decision to wait as using the lite version has revealed many spelling and grammatical errors, especially in the method statements section, this completely destroys any professional presentation being attempted or respect for the documents produced.
Additionally, where additional bespoke hazards are created using the pictorial symbols, they can only be used where the drag and drop onto a photo option is selected. The general format of the RA section is also painfully tedious to run through, whereby a sub-menu is required allowing the user to jump to any section of the hazards and control measures, rather than having to leaf through page after page using the back and forward / next arrows.
On Method statements section the app regularly crashes when converting to PDF, no facilities to add tradesmen's additional tools or scopes of work to be undertaken.

Easy life
Just started using the app and it's already making a difference in how l do my work. Just wish l could get it to work on my fire tablet.

It's overall a good product and has saved many hours already.
Would benefit from additional hazards from the start, however, once you add your own you are on the way to producing quicker and more thorough risk assessments.
Also it would be better if it was possible to group workers, what about adding a method statement section?
Produces neat, tidy, clear RA's stamped with company logo, signatures and easy to read sections that can be expanded upon review.
All in all saved the £ outlay already in time costs.
