Pro subscription not working
I love the idea of this app and so far the basic features have actually been really interesting to see. While I don’t put a lot of weight into dream interpretation, it’s always fun to see what can be said.
That being said, I subscribed to the yearly pro plan but cannot use any pro features. Every time I try to use a pro feature, the app tells me to subscribe. Even if I try to subscribe AGAIN, Apple tells me I’ve already paid. I then get a pop up that says thanks for subscribing and that the pro features are useable right away. So I try to use them and the whole cycle repeats. I’ve reached out via email with no response and I’m very close to just requesting a refund at this point. $50/year isn’t cheap and I’d expect to be able to use the app in full when I’m paying.
