Photos won’t upload
When I choose to upload a photo, it only shows some photos and then a white space in between. Not only can I not access all my photos, I can’t seem to get them to upload. Every time I try it fails!
Not a fan
This was a complete waste of time. Made a few attempts to upload pictures and place order but had an issue each time. Finally gave up. Shouldn't be this complicated.
Convenient but not
App only allows you to order from one image at a time. Even after you select add images it will. Or hold the image previous for order. The order confirmation email is also incomplete in regards to what was order
Couldn't do the one thing I needed.
I couldn't check the status of an order I placed, which is the only thing I wanted to do.
Needs work
There's no option to "fit to page", so all of my pictures came out cropped. Theres other things that need improvement, too.
Upload Issues / app crashes
This app worked great until about 6 months ago. When I upload pictures to the app from my iPhone, it switches pictures to the wrong direction without an option to fix it. And when I tried to place an order this evening for about 40 pictures, the app crashed. I was able to enter payment and shipping information. I tried 3 times! Extremely frustrating.

Just ok
It takes forever to download photos. I still don't like that I can't use my ritz pix network card to purchase my photos. I have to jump on a computer in order to purchase with my ritzpix account. Not impressed.
Poor cropping
Prices are reasonable but there is no option to adjust the photo. I got my order and since I'm ordering phone pictures ( like everyone else) they aren't perfect 4 x 7, but the cropping has family shots messed up because they aren't centered. Not happy with the quality. Will have to keep shopping.
Really???
Are you kidding me??? Why does it take HOURS to download photos???!! It is ridiculous that I have to keep refreshing to download less than 200 photos. Ugh!!!!

Simple and easy app to use
I didn't have any problems uploading and ordering my test round of 9 photos. It uploaded and completed the order within a minute while I was connected to wifi.
Worked well
Looks like they've made some improvements to the app - I'm on vacation and wanted to send some photos home; this app worked quite well and did not close down like previous reports. Worth another try.
Easiest way to order quick prints for a busy mom
I use this app all the time to upload all the photos I take on my phone and be able to pickup the prints in the store.

The app crashes. I know Ritz isn't doing well but its the 21st century and people need their apps, esp if they want to compete with the big companies.
Bad app
Can't see pictures. It closes itself every time. Couldn't download pics either. I had to go to website.
Crashes
Not only is it slow and crashes all the time you can't make photo books or cards.
Doesn't work
I've tried this app multiple times and every time, it doesn't work. If I select an album, all I get is the loading symbol. It's rare that I can actually see the photos in the album.
