عند خانة التوصيل تصل الى اضافة العنوان الوطني يرفض العنوان و يروح كل تعبك و بحثك داخل التطبيق على الفاضي سيتم حذف التطبيق اخذ مساحه بجوالي من غير فائده

Very very poor support service. Unprofessional. Very bad return policies. Agents r disrespectful and no escalation process. Make sure you get the item right the first time. As the agents are not professional
Extremely disappointed
I would suggest to never buy online from them. The riva online and in store are different entities. And if you buy something online and the item is wrong in size or material is not good and you want to return the item, you have to suffer a lot or loose your money. The in store staff will say we are different than online so you can just change the color. And if the item is not available they will give you in riva wallet which means buy again online pay more delivery charge. There is lot of fuss. It never happened in any other brand. Either it Centerpoint or 6th street. The management in store helps you . But here in Riva they just say sorry. We can’t do anything

Absolutely horrible. Their team is unprofessional, unhelpful, and shows no effort in resolving issues. Instead of providing solutions, they make the process more frustrating. Definitely not the kind of service you’d expect from a brand that wants returning customers.

My experience with the EVA app has been extremely disappointing.
Their customer service lacks flexibility and basic respect for the customer — something that’s simply unacceptable, especially in today’s digital age where user experience is everything.
I made a purchase using a voucher that was provided to me, and when the items arrived, they did not meet my expectations at all. I reached out asking to return or exchange them for something else, and they completely refused.
Seriously, is it even possible that an online platform in 2025 doesn’t allow returns or exchanges? Any respectable e-commerce platform offers at least basic return or swap options, but EVA has proven otherwise.
Honestly, this was a very unsatisfying experience. I won’t be using their service again unless they make serious changes to their policies.

عدم وجود رقم للتتبع الشحنه
اشتريت اكثر من قطعه وبعد ساعه ونصف من الشراء عن طريق الموقع اختفت من قائمة المشتريات ولم اعد استطيع تتبع طلبي او اعرف اذا الطلب اصلا موجود اولا لا مع العلم تم سحب القيمة من حسابي البنكي ، الموقع يعلق كثير ما اعرف ليش هذي مشكلة اخرى

I really like Riva’s brand and their collections, I’m a frequent customer and always enjoy the products. That said, the app experience needs improvement, as a few key features don’t work properly. The search results and filter functions are unreliable, search results often inaccurate, and filters for example “women” still show unrelated categories such as kids’ items, which makes browsing frustrating.
Also, about 90% of my past orders don’t appear in the “My Orders” section. It’s confusing not to have access to my order history. I genuinely hope these issues can be fixed soon, as I enjoy shopping with Riva and would love the app to reflect the same level of quality as the brand.

I choose home delivery. Later I wanted to change to store delivery, but it doesn’t give me any option to change. Overall performance of the app is very poor.

Return and exchange
I want to exchange not return so i have to pay each time for 1:500 kd each time
