Hi from Ukraine) today new from stock turbo x with dead battery has been bought) sound is truly awesome, but app crashes while starting right after RIVA turbo x had been seeing.
Does not work with IOS18
Crashes when opening
Immediately crashes on iPhone 13
Please remove this app from the App Store. The app summary says this 8-year-old app is compatible with my iPhone 13 mini running iOS 16.6.1, but the app crashes every time I try to open it. Restarted my phone, still crashed. Deleted and reinstalled the app, still crashed. Tried various combinations of those steps and phone settings, still crashed.

HORRIBLE APP!! DOESNT WORK!
I’d rate it a zero if there was an option the app doesn’t let me use it it just crashes and spits me back to the Home Screen FIX THIS MAKE THIS APP USEABLE AGAIN!!!

Haven’t used my speaker for ages. Just set it up again and can’t open the app. Just keeps closing down.

It’s like the company walked away and left this app behind from seven years ago. Doesn’t even load anymore, since iOS updates. Hello, anybody out there?

Since latest iOS upgrade, the app opens but does not have a screen to function. When I look at my open apps it shows, but disappears when selected.

App crashes as soon as it’s opened. No longer works/pairs with speaker. Don’t bother trying to use it for your speaker.
Why?
No tone/bass/treble controls. My sound is better thru my iPad than thru the RivaTurbo speaker. The similar Android app is at least useful, this app should not ,exist except it's required because it's required.
No Bluetooth connection with IOS 13.1.3
Will not work via Bluetooth with new Apple OS.
UPDATE NEEDED
While the speaker itself is great, the app is in dire need of an update to address Bluetooth connectivity issues. Also, the ability to remotely turn on the speaker would be greatly appreciated. Nothing that hasn't requested before.

Poor product support from company. Please update app to make connectivity with Turbo x easier. Would also be nice to have the ability to turn on Turbo x remotely.

How about firmware update to fix Bluetooth connectivity issues? Or ability to turn off bright lights?

My iPhone connects to the RIVA Turbo and plays well. The app on the other hand doesn’t recognize my iPhone is connected to the RIVA Turbo and actually playing music. As soon as I open the RIVA Turbo app, the app gives me a message that “This app requires a RIVA Turbo connected via Bluetooth. Please make sure your Turbo is turned on and paired in this device’s Bluetooth Settings.” Therefore I can not control the RIVA Turbo with the app. Not acceptable, why have he app????? How can I rate this app below a 1?

Nice remote
You do have to first wave your hand over the Turbo X to turn it on and this also pares it to your iPhone. Then with the app open you can see the battery condition, control the volume, see what artist and song is playing, skip forward/back/pause, mute, control stereo effect, turbo, and turn the unit off. It’s a simple remote, but works well. Nice to be able to control things from across the room
