They will quote you 60 minutes, but are always “so sorry for the delays.” I have ordered from them multiple times but never again.

Don’t trust the deliver window. If they say your order will be delivered in 60 minutes, do not have any expectation of receiving your order until at least and hour and thirty minutes. Also, they do not care about their customers at all.
Do not use delivery!
Worst service ever. I ordered twice and it took more than 2 hours to deliver. They don’t even care about customers and not polite when you check on status. App is not great and half of the links don’t work.

My roommate sent me her discount code and I downloaded the app made my first purchase. After I placed the order someone called me and said “you should understand we’re trying to acquire new customer not people from the same household” and he canceled my order 🙄 I’ve removed the app

Worst experience ever. Ordered at 4pm it’s now 6:30 still nothing. The guy who answered the phone is very unprofessional and shouldn’t answer the phone. I can get Chinese food faster than this service.

Delivery guy checked me out creepily so I arrange for them to just leave the bag the next time. But then he was texting me. Now it’s been over an hour. I guess it’s not as interesting for them if I’m not willing to come to the door. inconsistent, unprofessional, horrible.
Careless and heartless
They gave me wrong chips because mine ran out without telling me on purpose , no noticing I ate some and wanted a refund , they made me give back the bag. I was ordering a lot from them post COVID too.. never again.. so sad .. horrible customer service
Rude customer service
I would have been a faithful customer for many years, but I called this evening about an order that I never received and the young man on the phone was very rude. He told me I was called, which is untrue, but I was still billed. When I questioned him he snapped at me. As a business owner, that is not the way to keep customers. Just wanted to give some constructive feedback.

I’m so impressed by this app. It works great, prices are low, delivery is fast, has text notifications and built in store credit feature. Really impressive for a local business.

This delivery service is absolutely amazing. During these difficult times it’s hard to find an affordable, and reliable service to order alcoholic beverages. As a first responder, and after working a few days in a row, it’s nice to know I can unwind worry free. 2hr delivery
Placed an order early afternoon, after 1.5 hrs I called because there is no way to track delivery via app. The man that answer asked for my addy and said it should be there any minute, no apology or anything still received my order 30 mins after calling! Ridiculous
Worst experience ever
I ordered my stuff from them at 7:00 pm on Sunday. I waited until 8:00 pm and I called the place and asked about my order on when will I receive it. The man said in a few minutes. I called at 9:00 pm ten times and no one answered the phone. I just received my order at 10:00 pm. He is the worst part they are only 2 blocks down from my house. So it took 3 hours to get my stuff. Never ever again will I order from there again. Guys save yourself time and headache. Terrible terrible terrible service. You just lost my business.

Ordered delivery via app at 10:10pm. Order was approved and was informed via text delivery within 60minutes. It’s now 11:40pm and no delivery or a call of an update on the delivery status. Also charged my card.

The person who picks up the phone everytime I have placed a call seems like a snob, is highly unprofessional, and is effin rude! I am not going to order from you guys ever again. Absolute disgrace!

Corrupt App
I enjoyed ease of ordering compared to website that is a mess, but the app is corrupt. I had problems with my phone from the time I added the app until I deleted it. After deleting the app everything went back to normal. Never experienced anything like it.
