What's the point?
There's no map, and none of the features listed on the App Store actually show up on the app. There's no interactive map, no engaging with the exhibits or learning about the animals. It's a beautiful zoo. The app is kind of sad.

I’ve had no issues with adding my membership, just get your member ID from the gate people. But they took the interactive map off and now I’m so sad. I loved using the map!!
Can’t find membership
It won’t locate my membership information. That is literally the only real reason to have this app.
Verification Code
Just call or email and Riverbanks will give you the verification code. I emailed them and they sent the code right away.
Poorly designed
App says membership is UNVERIFIED but provides no further guidance on what that means or how to verify membership. Will delete app.
Great App
This is a really handy app for visiting the zoo. I really like the map and the events listings. It would be great if they had a daily events calendar with all the events listed in chronological order so you could plan your day. I’m also having a hard time setting up my membership card on the app but I’m going to call and update tomorrow.

So disappointed
I cannot get the membership card to work and multiple tabs make the app crash completely. There is no point in even having the app.
App crashes
Although getting the membership card to work using this app was initially painful, it actually works quite well.
However, there are still bugs that need to be addressed. Under the red "Explore" tab, there are 2 links (Hours of Operation and General Admission) that cause the app to crash. Under the yellow "Experience" tab the Animal Feedings and Demonstrations link will also crash the app. Once these links are fixed, this will be a 5 star app!

membership number resolution
As far as I can tell, each time you renew you have a new membership number. Unless you buy a new printed card, you’d never know your number has changed. Ask the customer service desk for your current membership number if you can’t get the registration to work. Since they will need to provide you with a “verification number” after you enter your registration number, it isn’t really a wasted trip.
It would be much nicer if the app could use the old member id numbers the same way the gate can use the old cards.

Membership Verification doesn't work
The app seems great but I can't get the membership card to work. All it says is not found. Please correct this issue. This is the main reason I got the app.
