Does Not Take All Banks
The app is mostly functional, but be warned it does not take all banks for direct transfer, and you may be forced to use a credit or debit card which will incur a pretty hefty processing fee. Could use some improvements on the payment options.

Doesn’t show everything I’d like to see or have access to. But easy enough to put in maintenance requests.

App doesn’t let you choose priorities and very limited options to pick. My was for water not getting warm. No options at all for that.
Needs upgrade
When submitting a work order, if you slide up, it deletes the work order in progress and you need to start all over again. When adding additional comments under permission to enter, the app doesn’t allow you to see what you are typing.
