App doesn’t let you choose priorities and very limited options to pick. My was for water not getting warm. No options at all for that.
When submitting a work order, if you slide up, it deletes the work order in progress and you need to start all over again. When adding additional comments under permission to enter, the app doesn’t allow you to see what you are typing.
Easy to use and keeps you informed.
Makes paying bills ,maintenance, and office communication clear and easy
Does exactly what it needs to do
App is easy to use for all functions and recent updates have made the login process a breeze.
Hard to find exact combination of category and subcategory to submit.
The app fails to allow my to add the bank information I intend. I select one savings account during the setup process, and it will literally choose my other emergency savings account. I try to setup auto payments through the service, and it does not work. I reached out to tech support for assistance, no response. That is unacceptable.

The app is easy to navigate and very simple to use. Everything is laid out clearly, making it quick to find listings, check details, and save favorites. It runs smoothly and feels user‑friendly, even for first‑time users. Overall, a solid experience.
I’ve only used the app to pay off lock requests and it was a bad experience because it wouldn’t let me select the right charge. Pulled out a huge amount due to rent being due around that time. Would be better if rent wasn’t included on the app since it’s already withdrawn from BAH.
The only thing I’d like for them to approve in the current moment is adding more specific option abilities for the type of maintenance being requested
I cannot review previous charges or payments in the app. I’d expect to be able to do this, just like a bank or credit card statement. I have everything set up for autopay, including full rent and variable charges for utilities, and yet I always have an outstanding balance by a few dollars, which puts me at risk for additional late fees. If it’s processing fees, include that in the payment. As of right now, it feels disingenuous and predatory

The sensitivity of the “swipe down to delete or go back” is a little too high and could use some adjustment. I’ve deleted numerous requests while using the scroll wheel function and scrolling past the top selection, to then delete what I was working on. Everything else about the app is nice though.
The app makes it easy to put in maintenance requests and allows me to keep track of them.
Easy way to contact housing department and handle in house issues
This app could be very useful. It is great for communication, regarding work order requests. But there are not enough options in the “priority,” “category” or “subcategory” drop-downs.
This app makes it very easy to make work order and track payments. It’s convenient having a drop down with multiple options to help describe my issue.
Can’t update my personal info without an application error. Whats the point of the app, if I have to call or email everything in?
High fees when paying with credit card. Too high
Unable to upload videos. Options for issues limited. Unable to type in the additional comments text box.
