Absolutely amazing
The app is easy and useful. I had my first delivery this morning and it was absolut perfection. Three boxes packed with a lot of care and delivered on time. The tastiest apples and blood oranges ever. Looking forward to eat all of this :) Im assuming its not everyones cup of tea, because you do need to place your order in advance, but in my opinion its worth waiting. 10/10

Confusing
Nearly every week I request items extra to the two boxes I receive.
Nearly every week I’m told the Order is confirmed but it never shows up.
I have requested jars of honey to be delivered once every 3 weeks and that worked for a short time but then stopped without any explanation.
Clearly I’m doing something wrong but it’s a mystery what that might be!
What does come is delicious; I only wish I could get more of it!

Do not order of here
I visited the free from festival not many weeks ago and decided to inquire about this fresh food delivery service so I created an account added my card details and the woman added times to our cart which we would need to take of before Sunday ( the next day )
So when I tried to get into my account it wouldn’t let me ??
I ended up haven’t to make a new account and ordered of there . And once my delivery day came about I ended up with multiple baskets of fruit and veg .?
Even the week after I discontinued the other cart order it still arrived and charged my account . Should’ve stuck to Tesco and m&s .
Do not recommend .

App: meat ordering is now more flexible - headline. 🤦♂️

Feels quite slow & clunky these days. Long scrolling lists, doesn’t remember filter or sort preferences. Search is close to unusable. Today a ‘kale’ search shows me potatoes, beer and meat. 🤦♂️
Great company, B corp… app needs to match.
Pushes animal products even more from June 2025.

Please can you add the option to filter including customers “About You” diet preference? I.e plant-based.
Don’t show animal products when that is set. 🤷♂️
