Really struggling to book online easily!
Heart attack
I had a heart attack and I had to change my way so joined and swim 5 days a week and loving it so thank you I have lots 2 and half stone

The app was working brilliantly, but everyone had to update passwords today and it is now impossible to log on and use the app. Very poor.
Difficult to Navigate
Each time I book the lido I find it incredibly difficult. This time using the app I thought it would be simple. I’ve had to pay £25 membership to get through to book payment for the lido and couldn’t see a way around it. I’m hoping customer service will resolve this because I do not want to be a member and just use the lido for one occasion, I do not live in Droitwich.

App is terrible took me a dozen times to try to sign up. It’s difficult to add any information as the drop down boxes don’t work properly

Terrible app. I couldn’t pay the correct amount for the number of people. We are three people and I ended up paying for 4 people because you can’t get the option of correcting the number of people, you can’t cancel and you can’t start a new booking. Very stupid app.
The App is awful
This is without doubt the worst app I have ever used. I’ve been using the internet for a while and I would say you lose lots of business due to this. Really really poor. This is no exaggeration.

Very hard to get anywhere, drop down options disappear before you can select you preference. Creating an account postcode search wouldn’t find address, tried to book a swim said option is restricted to call centre but then no phone answers phones. Deleted app started again and now half the swim options have gone in a matter of 3 minutes, waste of time and let’s face it revenue for you

Useful app
The only way I can think to improve this app is to have a description of the type of exercise class you are looking at booking. Currently I have to leave the app and go to the website to look at what the exercise class includes. Otherwise , very useful.
