Leider läuft die Software, in der Bezahl-Version, oft sehr unzuverlässig. Ein Beispiel: die Tonspur wird nicht durchgehend verbessert. Der Sound ist dann oft einfach dumpf und man kann ihn nicht anpassen.
Mobile Editing sucks
I have been using Riverside for over a year now, and there’s been many updates to the app since I started. I can confidently say that editing clips from a recording for short form content is just as bad as it was a year ago. Nothing has changed. Editing on PC is fine, but trying to edit a magic clip on my phone feels impossible. Get Riverside for PC only. Don't waste your time with mobile

Don’t Get This App!
I’ve lost all my content after working 30 hours and had teams on it same thing happened. I upgraded, didn’t work, customer support is horrendous🪰they never help just say they will email you in a few days and someone less qualified and confused just takes hours to respond to you. This has happened 4 times. Not worth it.

No good for long term projects (podcasts)
They just discontinued music they had on their library so if you are using their materials you will be caught on not being able to continue… its absolutely crazy. I guess the app is good for time off but not if you plan to record several episodes and rely on their features
Predatory Practices
I had the app for a few months and then I didn’t need it anymore so I went to cancel it. Upon trying to cancel they offered me three free months. I made sure to cancel before that was up but then still got charged. When I reached out to customer service they said they had no record of me canceling. On top of that the app stopped working for me to be able to access my information or subscription. Horrible experience.

Update is much better!
I have been waiting for an update that takes care of a lot of issues with the glitches and I’m very happy to see that on PC the updates are amazing; I’m still waiting for a few more things to be smoothed out on the mobile app. Thanks team!

Leider ist die App nicht in Deutscher Sprache verfügbar und lässt sich auch nicht in deutsch übersetzen, gem. Riverside Support. Nur im Webbrowser. Nicht Kundenorientiert.

Wrote a 1 star review couldn’t hear or see any of the live podcast I listen to /follow on Patreon for about a week and today there was an update and now the app is working again. Sucks it took so long but glad it’s finally fixed.
Worst software I have ever had
No idea why this software gets so much praise when it’s GARBAGE. Constant errors in uploading, slow and worse editing capabilities with the new “update”, absolutely not user friendly on the projects tab with a million files to sort through. Ugh ugh ugh

But every time an update comes out it starts glitching, & won’t you upload anything . Since yesterday’s update it’s no longer useable for me as can’t upload anything at all it just stays stuck on 0%. Please fix this !

Trying to grow too fast, slow down
Good platform but they are constantly releasing updates before the bugs are worked out. It was great early on but now they’re more concerned about being cutting edge than user friendly.
Brilliant addition to my life
The Riverside app started well and has simply got better and better with more and more features and value being added. Rarely a day passes where I’m not creating some form of content with Riverside as my trusted partner!
