This is merely a suggestion and should be considered.
This is a wonderful application, user friendly and great project. I think it can be improved which will make it even better by having the carryover option. For example: when we pay for the time to park, it would be nice if the system will allow for the user to use multiple locations while there is time balance. By doing so this will give flexibility and a real benefit of utilizing the time paid. Instead of limiting the parking by geofencing location only. I am big user of the parking system and I find it difficult to pay multiple times for little time while trying to avoid parking fines.

Confusing hot mess
One of the worst government apps in recent times. Using this app is a headache in and of itself.
تطبيق تعيس
مؤسف جدا انه فيه لسا تطبيق غبي مثل هذا في ايام التطور اللي حنا فيه وخاصة انه يتبع شركة حكومية ، تطبيق تعيس وطريقة استخدام تعيسه وفيه الكثير من النقص والقصور ، لا تحديد مواقع دقيق وتجيك المخالفة بعد وقوعها بشهر او ٢٠ يوم !!! اي فشل هذا ؟؟ ولما توقف سيارتك قبل موعد الدفع بنصف ساعه مثلا بالصباح بدري وتبغى تدفع من بدري فالتطبيق ما يعطيك هالامكانية ولازم تنتظر حتى يبدأ موعد بدأ احتساب قيمة الدفع ووقتها بس تقدر تدفع !!! واحيانا تجيك مخالفة والسيارة واقف عند بيتك وحسبي الله ونعم الوكيل ، وترفع شكوى او اعتراض وبالضبط كأنك تكلم اموات ولا حياة لمن تنادي اطلاقا ، شي بليد ومستفز الله لا يسامحكم ولا يعفي عنكم ولا يبيحكم ولا يحللكم.
