Absolutely terrible experience. I made a money transfer several days ago, and the funds have still not reached my beneficiary. I have contacted customer service multiple times, been promised callbacks that never happened, and have received nothing but the same generic email saying they are “waiting for their payout partner.”
I have now requested that the transaction be cancelled and my money refunded, but I have received no response to my email. I also tried calling again today, and nobody answered the phone.
At this point, my money has neither been delivered nor refunded, and I have been left completely in the dark. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. If you value reliable money transfers and responsive customer support, I would look elsewhere.
