Riz Remit has one of the best rates you could ever use and also it’s easy to use their app.
Disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experiences using Rizremit. I have been a customer for some time, but lately every payment I make to my usual recipients is placed on hold for no valid reason. On multiple occasions, I have been promised that the transfer would be processed, only for those promises to be broken and the money not to be sent.
The same thing happened again today. To make matters worse, the customer service representative I spoke to was rude, shouted at me during the call, and misled me by assuring me that the payment would go through when it never did.
In the end, I had no choice but to contact my bank to resolve the issue. This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially when people rely on timely money transfers. Based on my experience, I will never use Rizremit again and would not recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable money transfer service.
