Loses connection
App always drops connection to bed after a short while. Only way I can get it to reconnect is to delete the bed, unplug the bed, and then rescan for the bed. Ridiculous. Not sure if the problem is the app or the bed itself. Inexcusable in either case.
Awful
The app doesn’t keep any of my saved settings. 45 min vibrate lasts 10 minutes. It is useless. Sad excuse for a company too. Customer service couldn’t help.
Terrible
This app is zero help. Our remote was dropped on the floor one too many times by our toddler and stopped working. I downloaded the app and it worked the very first time I used it and then never worked again. I’ve tried deleting the app and downloading it again, erasing the info and reentering it, everything you could think to do and nothing. Very disappointed that we can’t use our bed for the exact reason we even bought the bed to begin with.

Works but can be forgetful
It works most of the time. Sometimes it forgets my beds and I have to set them up again. Plus now the bed no longer goes all the way down When I press the “Flat” button in the App. I have to keep pressing it or just press on the down arrow.
Latest Update
Please update this app, my bed continues to fail to connect. Rize sent me a new controller, so it’s an app issue. Connection worked fine before update.
What happened?!
I found this app a few months after I got my bed in early fall ‘24, it worked fine for awhile, then it would randomly not find the bed, and of course all presets were lost each time I had to re-scan. Then a couple days ago, nothing is working, when you press the “flat” button it doesn’t go flat, when I press a saved preset it doesn’t work. Unless something improves, I’ve lost the usefulness of this app.

Terrible update to app
The app was just updated and now the leg massage doesn’t work at all, the button to make the mattress flat doesn’t work. Very frustrating
Nice Update
The latest version is a nice little update that makes the controls more sensible and disables controls that don’t apply to the bed depending on the model or function. I use this app daily and it works reliably. Nice!
Does nothing
“Add device” and “Add plan” do nothing. No instructions for connecting to bed. Tapping “Connection of the bed” under settings does nothing.
Terrible
The app won’t pair. Doesn’t even try. Layout is less confusing on samsung and works better but I have iPhone so yay me.
Works Sometimes
Sometimes app connects to bed and sometimes not. Response time from button push to action is slow.
Does not stay connected
Each time I go into the app, I have to scan for my bed every time. Sometimes the app does not work at all or will not successfully connect.
Help
I have 2 twin xl clarity 2 with 1 king mattress on them. The app will only control 1 bed. The remote for bed controls both so not understanding why app won’t do it.
