After I updated my app yesterday,I couldn’t login anymore even after received otp and it keep saying verification failed. It’s hurting

Rizon Has My 4000€ in hold for now more then 1 week .. and they are ignoring all my messages in all plateformes .. I’am really scared of that situation, I’ve seen many people in same situation, hope they will fix my issue so I remove this review , because I just want my client money to come back .

Can’t pay for the virtual card
When you create an account it asks you to pay for the virtual card but it declines any cards that i try to add. I tried multiple cards for payment and they all seem to be getting declined. Messaged support as well with no response from them.
