Can’t pay for the virtual card

When you create an account it asks you to pay for the virtual card but it declines any cards that i try to add. I tried multiple cards for payment and they all seem to be getting declined. Messaged support as well with no response from them.

Fund loss very bad

Its really bad app i tranfer my btc wallet to rizon wallet after btc successfully send and 3 day after didnot received rizon wallet after i Aja costumer service they said not support btc only say usd its how btc wallet cant do anything because it’s already successfully send but rizon they say los can’t do any thing not accept btc im really what I need do dont know fund loss atlist they need to give solutions and recover

Disappointed with hidden fees and complicated deposit process!

I recently purchased their virtual visa card for $3.50, but it has been a highly frustrating experience so far. First of all, transferring funds from Binance to the Rizon app is incredibly complicated and a massive hassle. None of the standard addresses seem to work smoothly. On top of that, I noticed they charge a $0.10 decline fee every time a transaction fails, which is ridiculous and not seen in most other virtual cards. Honestly, it feels like a waste of my $3.50. I wouldn't recommend it unless they fix these deposit issues and remove these unfair fees.

Nice app

Nice app so far. I’m from Bangladesh and my local card usually gets declined on some online services, but this app made payments easier with stablecoins. Setup was simple and the app worked smoothly for me 👍
