Proof it arrived 2 July — $28,750 still not credited

I have used nsave for months to receive my Upwork earnings. On 1 July 2026, Upwork sent $28,750.06 to my nsave USD account ending 1347, and Upwork has now provided the ACH receipt from the originating bank, which confirms the funds posted to nsave’s JP Morgan Chase account on 2 July 2026 with item status Processed and no return, while Upwork’s payment processor separately confirms the transfer was successful with no returns or rejections, meaning the money has sat with nsave’s banking partner for over two weeks and was never sent back. My nsave statement still shows nothing credited and my balance is unchanged, so only nsave can release it, yet every follow-up for 15 days produces the same reply, that the case has been escalated and they are waiting, with no timeline and no explanation, even though I have supplied every document requested including my Upwork Certificate of Earnings. Please either credit the $28,750.06 or return it to the originator so Upwork can restore it. I am now filing complaints with the US CFPB, the FTC and the UK FCA.

Please avoid this app, they’re thieves

I received €500 into my account May 25th 2026, when the money came Nsave held my money and ask for information about the money which I did provided what I could, they’re asking me to send IDENTITY CARD of the person who sent me the money which I refused because it makes no sense, they restricted my account permanently with my €500 and they told me they’ll get back to me in 30 days or even before 30 days, now 30 days have passed and nsave are not even responding to my messages on their app or my emails they didn’t say anything about the money, I told them to refund the money they didn’t refund nor respond up till now, I tagged on my X (twitter) they still didn’t do anything about my money up till now

This people are thieves…
