Card Removed?

I Just Use This App Because it Allows You To Receive/Send and Spend Via Card, But After few days Card option is gone for pakistani users, is it any way to get a card from nsave for spending?

Suspended account without prior Notification

NSave is just a trash. I shifted from Payoneer because of high fees there and tried using NSave. I got 1 payment and they suspended my account. Never refunded me. Their support is pathetic. They told me they can’t even listen to me anymore.

Very bad application

Very bad app, my request was rejected twice to open an account without any explanation, and I can’t even delete the accounts I’ve created, horrible experience, I don’t recommend it

Too much swift charges

Very fast and reliable but the 20$ charges for swift international is too much kindly work on this and reduce the charges imagine you are being paid 100$ and they remove a whole 20$ it is bad

Exciting

Good

IBAN fees

So the app is asking me to pay to create IBAN, but since I created a fresh account, I dont have any funds in it. And to fund it I need an IBAN. Its a cycle where I am stuck. Please help me.

Useless

My Amount got stuck and I am unable to withdraw

Funds declined despite full documentation, then silence

I received an ACH transfer from my own business account and nSave’s compliance team asked for documentation. I provided everything — proof of source of funds, full transaction tracking records, the lot. They declined the transfer anyway, with no meaningful explanation.

What makes it worse is the support. You get replies to the first two or three messages, and then nothing — hours, then days, with no follow-up. When your money is sitting in limbo, that kind of silence is unacceptable.

I’ve used Elevate for the same purpose and the difference is night and day: transfers clear, and when there’s a question, someone actually answers it. nSave is one of the worst apps I have ever used. If you’re moving business funds, look elsewhere.

I provide all the proof and nsave team not opening chargeback or credit back on my transection. They are making continuous delays and I am very worried. I dont know what is their benefits for not cooperating with me.

Nsave always delyed, infact my local bank withdraw is still processing where I already got everything from elevatepay on my local bank. Source is Upwork (Payment Screw) and still hold for what??????????????????

1 STAR - EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE

I have honestly never experienced such a frustrating process with a financial service.

My account was placed under review, and I have been fully cooperative from the beginning. I provided my employment contract, payslips, UTR/self-employment documentation, invoices and all other documents requested.

Despite this, the process has been extremely slow and I repeatedly have to explain the same situation and provide further documentation.

The worst part is the communication. I have clearly explained that the funds are urgently needed, yet I can wait a day or more for a response, only to receive another request for information or clarification.

I completely understand the need for compliance checks. That is not my complaint. My complaint is the poor communication, slow responses and lack of effective handling of the situation.

When someone’s money is being held and they have provided everything requested, they deserve clear communication and timely assistance.

This has been one of my most disappointing experiences with a financial service. I sincerely hope nsave improves its customer support and review process.

Wish I knew about this app before, could have started my online trading way more earlier.

Good app

Excellent experience with Nsave! The onboarding process was quick and straightforward, and the platform is very easy to use. Everything feels secure, transparent, and well-designed. The customer support team is responsive and helpful whenever I have questions. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend Nsave to anyone looking for a reliable financial platform.

Told my money was "returned" three times. It never was. Months later, still nothing.

I've worked with the same client for almost 3 years and never once needed a contract for payments — until nsave asked for one on a payment my client sent via Gusto on June 23. I told them to just decline the payment if my Gusto statement wasn't sufficient.

They told me it was declined. It wasn't — my client and Gusto never received anything back. I went ahead and created a contract specifically to satisfy nsave's request. Their response to that was to permanently close my ACH account, citing "internal risk management policy," no further explanation given.

The whole time, my nsave dashboard displayed this payment as "Declined." It wasn't. The money was sitting in my JP Morgan bank account (Provided by nsave). Support then gave me two different explanations for the rejection, one day apart (payment sent under a company name vs. missing verification info), each promising an automatic return within 14–20 business days. Neither happened. Before that, I'd already been told once that the money had already been returned — also false.

It took my client's payroll provider, Gusto, pulling the raw ACH trace and handing it to me directly to get nsave to even acknowledge the funds were still sitting there untouched. Genuine credit to Gusto — they answered a customer support request thoroughly and quickly, with no runaround. Without that documentation, I don't believe nsave would have engaged with this at all.

Even after that proof, I was given a transaction reference number and told the return "cannot be rejected at this stage" — with zero documentation of when, how, or whether it will actually reach my client. Two emails later, a different representative asked me what the reference number even was, and whether I still needed help or wanted the case closed — after all of the above was already documented in the same thread. I CC'd nsave's founder on every single email in this thread. Not one reply.

I've used Wise, Payoneer, Xoom, EvaluatePay and many other for 7 years without a single payment issue or account closure. nsave markets itself as built to give people from unstable, high-risk regions safe, accountable access to their money. My experience has been the opposite: less access, less accountability, and less honesty than anywhere else I've banked. This is a specific, documented, months-long failure to return a customer's confirmed-received funds — not a one-off delay.

I still didn't received the money nor my client received it return.

App not Working

Truly bad app! If App store allow me to add screenshots here. First of all, I withdraw amount from Upwork in Nsave and Elevate Pay to test, it is deposited in Elevate Pay app same day or the 2nd day of withdrawal and it’s 5th day and I don’t get any deposit in Nsave app. Its completed from Upwork same day. 2ndly, the app is not working now, it says “Something went wrong please try agian or restart the app”. Strange! I have some payments in the app I want to withdraw, I don’t recommend this app at all! Stay Safe!
