Funds declined despite full documentation, then silence
What makes it worse is the support. You get replies to the first two or three messages, and then nothing — hours, then days, with no follow-up. When your money is sitting in limbo, that kind of silence is unacceptable.
I’ve used Elevate for the same purpose and the difference is night and day: transfers clear, and when there’s a question, someone actually answers it. nSave is one of the worst apps I have ever used. If you’re moving business funds, look elsewhere.

1 STAR - EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE
My account was placed under review, and I have been fully cooperative from the beginning. I provided my employment contract, payslips, UTR/self-employment documentation, invoices and all other documents requested.
Despite this, the process has been extremely slow and I repeatedly have to explain the same situation and provide further documentation.
The worst part is the communication. I have clearly explained that the funds are urgently needed, yet I can wait a day or more for a response, only to receive another request for information or clarification.
I completely understand the need for compliance checks. That is not my complaint. My complaint is the poor communication, slow responses and lack of effective handling of the situation.
When someone’s money is being held and they have provided everything requested, they deserve clear communication and timely assistance.
This has been one of my most disappointing experiences with a financial service. I sincerely hope nsave improves its customer support and review process.
Money hold and took it !!!
Fabulous
Good app
Told my money was "returned" three times. It never was. Months later, still nothing.
They told me it was declined. It wasn't — my client and Gusto never received anything back. I went ahead and created a contract specifically to satisfy nsave's request. Their response to that was to permanently close my ACH account, citing "internal risk management policy," no further explanation given.
The whole time, my nsave dashboard displayed this payment as "Declined." It wasn't. The money was sitting in my JP Morgan bank account (Provided by nsave). Support then gave me two different explanations for the rejection, one day apart (payment sent under a company name vs. missing verification info), each promising an automatic return within 14–20 business days. Neither happened. Before that, I'd already been told once that the money had already been returned — also false.
It took my client's payroll provider, Gusto, pulling the raw ACH trace and handing it to me directly to get nsave to even acknowledge the funds were still sitting there untouched. Genuine credit to Gusto — they answered a customer support request thoroughly and quickly, with no runaround. Without that documentation, I don't believe nsave would have engaged with this at all.
Even after that proof, I was given a transaction reference number and told the return "cannot be rejected at this stage" — with zero documentation of when, how, or whether it will actually reach my client. Two emails later, a different representative asked me what the reference number even was, and whether I still needed help or wanted the case closed — after all of the above was already documented in the same thread. I CC'd nsave's founder on every single email in this thread. Not one reply.
I've used Wise, Payoneer, Xoom, EvaluatePay and many other for 7 years without a single payment issue or account closure. nsave markets itself as built to give people from unstable, high-risk regions safe, accountable access to their money. My experience has been the opposite: less access, less accountability, and less honesty than anywhere else I've banked. This is a specific, documented, months-long failure to return a customer's confirmed-received funds — not a one-off delay.
I still didn't received the money nor my client received it return.
