Suddenly Stop printing correctly
Printer was perfect until recently when you go to print a label is squishes it and you can print a correct label. You have to go back to the label screen delete the messed up uploaded image then upload another image and print again. Can print more than 1 at a time bc after the 1st print it creates the messes up image.

I have a problem with printer but there is no where to report it.
I have to ask:
Do not create a separate folder for every PDF label. Save all labels directly in one PDF folder.
2. Show the recipient name or a readable preview in the file browser before opening the file for printing.

Worked fine for awhile…
Worked fine until I deleted the app now it’s not allowing me to download it again. I have 2 printers on this app so this is disappointing
App doesn’t work well
I don’t know is is the app or what’s going on but it take so long to connect or edit something. For some reason it takes me out of the app. I’m frustrated I hate this app.

Barely had this printer a month and the app is printing my labels and cutting things off and making them print sideways etc

I wish will could upload things to the app to be able to print and there is a code so others can’t use it. Other than that I love it

App is great but GLITCHY. Try making a circular text and it will work but then if you need to edit it. It will cut it in half and you have to remake it.

Works fine but
I really wish there was the option to select multiple pictures so I could print multiple photos at once. I print shipping labels for my business and this would be a game changer for these devices.

When I first downloaded this app a week ago it worked. Now all of a sudden it makes my labels crazy. I crop and rotate for what! When it gets to printing it’s all zoomed in.

Update: the latest update removed the ability to print directly from the file. This is a deal breaker because I open my label in WhatNot and share to RLabel to print. Now I have to save and open from RLabel. Annoying!

Hijacking my files
Worked fine at first but recently tried to download a shipping label and it completely hijacked my files. Would not let me open any pdfs and had to delete the app to fix this.

Works great!! Clear fast and sturdy device, well packaged.. Remember it’s not a classic printer so do try to go to print, turn device on, save attachment to files on your phone, then click file go to RLabel then print labels. Remember download app, follow instructions..

So I’ve had this app for about a week for the Rongta R22 and so far have no issues… set up was easy. So I came to leave a review die to an update for the app so let’s see if it still preforms the same.
App works very nicely
I don’t understand the other reviews, I do not have any issues with the app. You can upload pdfs or straight from ur camera roll, they also have a list of templates for other things.
Useless. The app doesn’t allow the keyboard to appear on screen.
As the title says. You can link the app and such but no keyboard ever appears so there is no way to actually make labels.
