Very little for English speaking fans
If your gonna market full access to RM play as a benefit for having a platinum tier BUT have basically no English language support not even subtitles! Come on do better!

The can’t login by itself. It forces itself to go to the Real Madrid website and then it remains in the browser version rather than the app itself

La aplicación es bastante mala, no permite hacer login y cuando lo permite se desloguea cada 15 minutos, es una lástima que el desarrollo de esta app no está a la altura del club
Constant Logouts
I am constantly being logged out, either my session is expired or the app logs me out on its own. The log in process is cumbersome as well. Add login memory like every other app out there so I dont have to constantly login and re-authorize my login account!

Compré la membresía de Madridista Premium porque supuestamente podías “ver” todos los partidos de la temporada mas no es así. En realidad solo “escuchas” los partidos narrados por comentaristas. Publicidad engañosa de la señora que me la vendió, me siento estafado, no pagaría ni recomendaría pagar por la aplicación solo para escuchar los partidos. Si pudiera le daría 0 estrellas.

As a Madridista I would love to like this app, but I have to log in every single time I use it which is absolutely infuriating.
You get a notification about new content, tap it, start watching a few seconds and then the app prompts you to log in and loses your context. Maddeningly buggy.

It pretty good
It is good for highlights but not for the live matches because you can only see the fans and the commentary is in Spanish and I don’t understand it but apart from that is is pretty good
Can you watch live broadcasts
Idk if you can warch live broadcasts, because i haven’t tried, but the highlights that they add are pretty good.

¿Por qué se elimina el stream en español en Alemania? Me parece una falta de respeto que el Real Madrid decida lo que puedo ver y en qué idioma.
Opciones de idioma
La opción de ver RMTV en español a dejado de funcionar. Vivo en US y constantemente el audio pasa a inglés. Mis ajustes dicen ESPAÑOL pero la app hace lo que quiere.

Yo opino que en lo que deberían mejorar es en lo siguiente no repetir tanto el mismo partido ponlo algunas veces pero dale opurtunidad a otros partidos también de distintos años y además de eso quisiera que incrementaras partidos de derrota del Real Madrid que hallamos perdido porque lo hallamos perdido no significa que no podamos verlo y analizarlo para nuestra conveniencia y para saber que mejorará incluya en su programación retransmisiones de partidos en los que el Real Madrid no haya salido victorioso. Esto podría ofrecer a los aficionados una perspectiva más completa y educativa, mostrando momentos difíciles que también forman parte del recorrido del equipo y pueden ser motivo de análisis y aprendizaje.

Keeps Logging out
The content is good but every 30~50mins it logs out. Happens all the time

Every time i try to log in it says “Something went wrong” no matter how many times i try. Tries reinstalling too. Nothing works.
