Terrible app, barley works

This apps doesn’t work. You can’t reset your password, if you log out you won’t be able to log back in. Their customer service email doesn’t work either

Worst experience ever

This app is so infuriatingly bad that I will go out of my way to pay hundreds of dollars in shuttle cost and limo cost just so I don’t have to interact with this app. If you can get it to sign in (which is a huge IF), then you have to deal with the whole scheduling a shuttle situation which is nine to impossible and then you actually get into the shuttle and it turns out that it never transmitted to the driver so he’s all ticked about it and the whole day is ruined. every year that I use this app, I expect a one day login and get a notification that this company is bankrupt and out of business because literally nobody could use their app. They deserve to go out of business if this is the kind of product that they produce. I will never understand why any company would ever contract with a group. At the most basic of UX design. I can’t even reset a password on this thing. That is so basic. I hate everything about this app. The developer should be in jail.

Seriously Underdeveloped

There is no option to refresh password. I just registered and entered the credentials and I got an alert the information was incorrect. Excuse me?

Please make this a user friendly app

Needs a lot of work

Honestly this is the absolute more bare minimum app I’ve ever used.

The sign-in process is severely outdated. As the other review said, you straight up can’t log in sometimes even though the credentials are correct. I’ll close and reopen the app after a bit with the same credentials and then it’ll work. There’s not even an option of “forgot your password” it’s either login or register. What happens if you forget your pw?

Then there’s UI/UX that’s just wonky. For example when youre choosing a date you HAVE to scroll horizontally and you can’t click the date. Hmm… In what world is that standard interaction. There’s also a severe lag on typing and clicking.

At the end of the day, interactions that should take 1-2 min take >5 bc you’re facing so many issues every time you try to use it. I’m not sure if there’s any investment in this product but even a few minor fixes could alleviate a lot of annoyance and frustration for the user.

Straight Up Cannot Log In

No matter how many times I try to log in or how many new accounts I create, the app won’t let me log in. There’s no forgot password option at all, so there’s no way of resolving the issue yourself, leaving you with the only option of emailing tech support and hoping for a response. This has been a persisting issue for (no exaggeration) well over a year.
