Having trouble since update
Since update the other day I’m having trouble the assignments like sleep quality flanker and 13 others I believe but they will not get approved or allow me to finish each day I don’t know what the problem is or what I should do to fix it I’m part of a study and I earn with participation and my study is kinda stuck help me if you can

Crashes
The app overall isn’t bad. Neither is it a top-notch performing app. I understand that it’s either this app or one of the other apps I had to download is still in it’s developing phase.
That said, the surveys used to work. I have the iPhone 11Pro with the latest software update (for Apple). I used to be able to take the surveys with no problems. Now I click on a survey, under the “Surveys” tab and the screen goes white and I cannot see any of the questions.
This morning I went to look into the app, in the App Store and it reflected I needed to, “Get” the app. I’m not sure if an update was pushed for RNI, however, the app still needs work.
Otherwise, the rest of the app is working just fine.

Not great at all
I use the ring they gave me for the app and the associated oura app is great but this is unbearable. You cannot get through 1 question they ask without the app crashing. When I was posed with 46 pretty much yes or no questions it took me about 30 minutes to get through because it crashed every question. I still cannot complete cognitive tasks they required because the app doesn’t stay alive long enough to get through it.

App won’t load
Can’t get the app to work. Along with a few of my friends who also have the app.
Non-functional
After creating a username the app displays a blank white screen after logging in. No functionality at all. Tried many restarts but no difference. Doesn’t work at all.
App constantly closes out
I can answer all my questions by just continuously logging back in when the app closes. However I am unable to complete cognitive tasks due to the app closing out during and having to restart. I’ve emailed support and have not gotten any response. Not sure how I’m supposed to help with this research if I can’t even complete what is required.

I have downloaded this app as a participant in a research project regarding the oura ring. The app keeps crashing and I have been unable to complete the questions and testing for the project.
Constantly crashes. Can’t use.

Cool features when related to RNI research
Unless you link the app with the RNI, it provides just basic functionality and a few glitches that are getting better with new versions.
If connected with Oura ring and RNI and if IRB I get my forecasted shield score and temperature.

Seriously needs works
First off I was referenced to the app due to me owning an Oura Ring which I use daily. Coming as a long time mobile developer having developed apps for major corporations, I understand the value of valid feedback. No offense and hope to see the app progress.
- the app does not take into account if a device has dark mode on. Input text for questions cannot be seen as it is white text on a white background.
- Every screen flashes in some sort of every few seconds refresh or something. Making it extremely difficult to answer questionnaires and just annoying.
- What is forced reset? I accidentally pressed it and with out warning or alert of any kind, the app has now been rendered useless and all it does is have a continuously loading shield icon with a check mark. Even delete an reinstall of the app will not fix it. Soooo. I cannot use the app further currently
- I get a notification that I have a message and when touching the notification I am take into the app and there is no message. I’d I go in and out of the app, eventually the message will be displayed
