Easy and effective
We have been using the Helper Helper app for our non profit volunteer procurement and scheduling for the past 2 months. This is a very simple to use app, for administration and for the volunteer sign up process (procurement). So helpful to be able to describe and offer opportunities to others and it is working. We’ve seen a significant increase of our volunteer base and we are hopeful and expecting to receive many more benefits. Thank-you for creating this app!

Slow and a few issues
I’m not sure why but it seems to take a long time to process approval requests and it isn’t possible to enter a date range for long term volunteering which makes a commitment appear as if all hours happened continuously. It’s also somewhat inconvenient for a volunteer supervisor to go onto the app and approve hours which is a barrier to having them approved.
