This app hasn’t updated in over a year and it’s in desperate NEED OF A UPDATE!!!! The app is essential for use of the dash camera and it just doesn’t work they need to stop selling it until they update the app. The videos and pictures looks great if you can actually access them. Returning THE DASH CAMERA TODAY!!!!

Can’t even download without it crashing
Not compatible with IPhone 8 Plus
It will not work with the iPhone 8 or Plus. It was great with the IPhone 7 Plus, however it will not connect via WiFi. I was hoping there was an update but non to this date. Great while it lasted.

Good but could use some work
When you try to save video from the app to the images folder it crashes, trick is to “save to” file system on the phone, that seems to work. Also the WiFi connection - if the time out could be shorter or if there was some additional code logic to see if it was connect to the camera WiFi SSID so it could open to the app folder location quicker. Either than that pretty easy app to use and works well.

This app is super battery drainer
App is not intuitive
I read reviews for this dash cam on Best Buy's website, and people complained about how bad the app is to use. I thought they weren't very tech savvy, and surely I'd triumph where others had failed. Wrong. Something as simple as saving the videos to your phone doesn't work right. But, it does save an unplayable file to your phone at about 500mb in size. Good luck finding it and then deleting it. It's not that easy.
Also, the app won't even open unless you're WiFi connected to the camera. It's a mess. It should work with my iPhone 7, but it doesn't. App hasn't updated in 2 months. Not a good sign.
