App and or device doesn’t work well
I am an experienced guitarist, having played for over 50 years. I was hoping that this would be a quick way to expand my repertoire. I tried several songs in the songs in the app and found it to be unusable. I tested the device on an electric guitar plugged into the device and on a Gretsch hollow body using the microphone. There was a delay between the device and the app, so that chords played registered as late even though the timing was correct. Also, the device or app failed to register about one in three notes completely. A third complication was that the sound automatically went to volume 0 in the middle of playing a song. The problems persisted despite following all recommendations for making sure only one Bluetooth device was connected, reinstalling the app, checking for updates, checking the input volume to make sure there was no clipping. I am returning the device, canceling my subscription, and uninstalling the app as it was unusable. Finally, the recordings work, but are not great quality. Better to get a good microphone or Tascam recorder. Hopefully, they can get these issues fixed with a new version or updates and significantly improve on the Coach app experience, as I think the concept is great. I continue to use the Roadie 3 tuner, which I like a lot.

Free trial is a scam
App offers two month free trial but when accepted it errors out.
Does not work
Don’t waste your money. I recorded music then attempted to transfer it from the Roadie Recorder to the app. Downloads fail for anything longer than 30 seconds. It is nothing more than an expensive fishing weight. I immediately returned it.
Terrible!
Based on the fact that this app literally can’t pick up anything you’re doing unless you strum it at hard as physically possible I genuinely believe all the 5 star reviews are lies. Try it fir yourself and you’ll see it’s useless. There are MUCH better apps. This one is trash.
This is amazing!
I got my first uke and it thought me everything I could play songs in school plays and people loved it! They sang along and it made me happy I’m so much more confident. I recommend this app
