I have been using this app for 3 days now. Where are my points? Customer service hasn’t been any help.

I know it seems silly, but I love this app! It’s like a challenge to myself to keep my hands off my phone. I like getting a high score so I can get gift certificates. It’s honestly one of the reasons I’ve stayed with my insurance company.

Love the app but can’t use it now
I loved using the app, I had to stop the insurance due to not having a car for a while and now I’m being told I can’t resign up to use it. No one can seem to give me a reason why or allow me to resign up for it.
