A horrible user experience
This app is terrible. The location picker doesn’t work half the time when booking a ride which makes it very difficult to book, especially if you’re not already at the pickup location (it seems to assume you are). It often just hangs after I book a ride and I end up having to close the app, re open it and request again. I often have to do this multiple times before it actually works. Overall I’ve had a terrible experience and I encourage Roadrunners to seriously rethink this app.
