No Canadian offline maps
Won’t be using this app anymore as there are no offline maps for Canada.
No longer enjoy app
When I first used this app, I loved it and it was great tool for planning trips! Now to do anything you have to upgrade your account. I paid to upgrade to the next tier and still had a ton of issues using the app. I canceled the app but since it’s paid for the year, I was supposed to still have the same level of service but the app is acting like I have a basic account or no account. Everything I try to do it gives me an error message that I need to upgrade. I also dislike that it isn’t smart enough to recognize what day of your trip you’re on so you constantly have to scroll. Makes the app pointless at this point.

No renewal notification and it did not confirm when I cancel my subscription
Mesh of compendium /Roadtrippers is awful
Every time an update occurs I lose my pro membership and have to figure out how to access again. I miss campendiam. Everything did not carry over and Roadtrippers is not as intuitive of an experience.

The paid features for this app are terrible. The subscription model is a trap
The paid features of this app are pathetically, terrible and dangerous. If you plan to use it for the RV route guidance feature don’t bother.. The refund policies are also atrociously predatory. There is no clear way to cancel their membership management page does not render correctly in Safari. Basically once they have your money, they’re keeping it. Do not sign up for the subscription. Do not sign up for the trial. Just skip the paid features they suck anyway

I just doesn’t understand Central Asian town names it seems?
I can’t plan a trip because it doesn’t find town names in Central Asia; even when Copy/Pasting the exact string it generates when clicking on a spot on the map.

If you're planning a road trip and looking to discover new places in other countries, our app may not be the best fit for you. We hope to be able to expand to more regions down the road!
Correct place names
I chose this map app over others because the gulf is still the Gulf of Mexico.
The downside is if I just want to look at the map it keeps trying to get me to plan a trip!

Over priced and really does nothing you cant just do by googling
Free trial doesn’t give you all premium perks
Free trial is only if you sign up for the premium annual membership and you still don’t get all the perks associated with that level. Classic bait and switch. Hope the app is better than the introductory offer.

I’ve tried this now for two road trips, one from Virginia to Missouri via North Carolina and Tennessee and Other from Virginia to New Jersey. Not many options provided. A quick Google search gave me much much better options. Don’t waste your money.
Love this planner!
Love this app. So easy to plan and organize your trip. Really cool to be able to plan your trip around your cell phone provider coverage. A few things I wish it had was the ability to add notes to each day or name the days. Also it would be helpful if the route had separate colors for the different days/sections.
