Bad update
Ever since the update, this app has been a complete nightmare. I have all of my clients in my favorites and I cannot scroll to save my life because it auto scrolls the whole entire list without me doing a thing.
Forcing to upgrade
Using basic now trying to FORCE me to upgrade using an upgrade popup.

La anterior versión era excelente era la mejor aplicación que tenemos los drivers para trabajar. con esta nueva versión lo dañaron todo las múltiples se mueven cada que se marcan realizada y cuando se tiene el mapa lejos coge varias direcciones como si fueran paradas múltiples. me gustaría volver a tener la versión anterior

Poor updates
Every time they “update” the app, it gets worse. It’s useful for creating a plan and routing stops, but the map has become almost unreadable, the saved stop indicator dots are way too big and dominate the map unless you zoom way too close to see anything useful.. The blue dot that used to track your location as you moved is no longer there do you have to keep tapping the find me indicator to know your position on the map. I’ve used this app for 5 years, but I won’t be renewing it after this subscription period is over. It has become way too cumbersome and hard to read the small print and road names on the map.

After the new update the app has almost become useless
The first problem and the least annoying one is it lost almost all my history during the update with no warning.
The second more frustrating problem is it fails to route visit. It picks a beginning time and end time of the day no matter what you choose.
If you attempt to change the time to optimize time you lose the current gps location and vasa versa.
If you adjust for optimized time or location (because you can’t do both) on the route you still have to do it when you attempt to optimize your route.
It use to be the when you want to stop somewhere at a specific time you just put in the time window and it would route for that time. For example if you wanted to be somewhere at 9:00 you could it in for 8:55-9:05. It would then attempt to get you there at that time no matter how long of a stop it is. If you were going to there early it would have you wait until the time before starting the time at the visit. Now you have to put enough time in your time window to include time at the site or the site will be ignored in routing.
And that time window has to be within the route optimization begin and end time window or it gets ignored.
If you fit in all the windows it will put it in the windows orders but ignore the actual time window. So if you have to be at one place at 9 another at 11 and another at 1pm It will put have you go to the 9 first even if it has you there a 8 and even if your 1pm is going to arrive at 11:30.
The only go thing is the text windows are clearer to see even though it’s hard to access and often requires going in other tabs to access what I use to be able to access in route.

New update and changes…
I work for FedEx express and used this app for 4 years… it may be time to not re-subscribe and move on to a different app.
It lags.. delays… sometimes “The new” is not always the best. I was able to add 40-60 stops within 5 minutes and now that’s impossible. Most recent reviews say a lot and I’m not the only one. Older version layout was bit out of date but it worked like a masterpiece. It was #1.
Thanks again for the 4 years and it helped a lot. Won’t re-subscribe my annual membership unless things change back or improve.

With the recent bug fixes, the app is much better now. Thank you for listening to me. Also please put the search bar at the bottom again.

Update destroyed performance
I’ve been using the paid tier of road warrior for almost 3 years and it worked perfectly until the most recent update that overhauled the UI. Entering stops at the start of your route is slow and unresponsive as well as check in at every stop there’s now a 3-4 second delay after clicking. Extremely irritating when you’re working. Please switch back to the old style.

This update is awful. The keyboard is laggy. It’s hard to go to the next stop with the search bar. You have to manually keep on selecting the search bar at the very top of the screen instead of it being at the very bottom right. The delay after you add a stop is God awful. After you hit check-in on a stop is so delayed its wild, the map doesn’t move every time you check in anymore, it takes a solid 5 to 6 seconds before it moves onto the next stop when you hit check-in , and for some odd reason when I manually put in a location, it gives the wrong address to Apple Maps instead of what I manually put it in as . This app went completely downhill after they just dropped this update. I work for UPS and I’m a driver and I’ve used this app for about three years and I literally could not use it from my route today. Please allow us to go back to the old update please please please I can’t do it with this new update. It’s terrible.

New update ruined it
This app always had issues but the overhaul with this new update made it complete garbage. I’ll never pay for a subscription again if this is how it is

The new update lay out is great but the search option needs to be addressed there’s a bug when you try to search the search bar goes away the there’s a lag response
Update/Rebuild is terrible
Whoever was in charge of 2026.04.291 should be fired. Absolutely KILLS battery life (38% drop in about 20 minutes). Slows down input of addresses because you need to tap the search bar multiple times before the keyboard comes up. It does this with every stop, and you better wait for the “add stop” button to disappear before searching another address or you’ll be typing your search in again. What once took 3-5 minutes now takes 25-30. Viewing stop details lags for 5-15 seconds when it used to be instantaneous. And good luck manually popping your stops. Some of them require 3 to 4 tries before they’re checked. Not very effective or efficient for an app that kind of sells itself on speed. Who cares how it looks when it doesn’t work? This is not the app we pay for. Roll it back.

Hi , I work for a company make delivery’s in Brisbane “Bay Area” ( wynnum, manly , hemannt , Cleveland and Redlands bay) it’s big area , and I delivery to many commercial buildings , I don’t remember the e exactly location but it was many locations the app send back of the location, usually when the location is close to the free way , the road warrior send to middle of the freeway , but when I put the adress in the Waze they send me in the right location. I remember one location becouse im going there every day (58 hemmant tingalpa rd , hemmant ). If you want next time I find the adress I can send to this email or another one.

Your latest update
Your latest update has broken muscle memory after years of using your app. You should think that this is issue through before making changes to where you locate buttons.
Terrible Redesign
I’ve used Road Warrior 5-days a week for 8 years and I am disappointed. The new redesign looks like it’s been put into a AI chat box for design changes. Less contrasts makes difficult to see when driving. The new design looks nice, but it’s terrible for the user. The way-points display are too large and the user has to zoom in to far for street labels. Nothing needed a re-design as it was near perfect before. Also, once address way points are entered wrong address info is sent to the gps with the wrong house number. Please bring back what we loved or re-design once again to something more practical. Thanks.

Worst update ever!!!
Completely regret updating to the last version, this is the worst update i’ve seen in more than 7 years using it. The black background looks terrible specially during day time.
