Not happy with the app
Having trouble logging into the app it’s been over two weeks!!!
Only had one issue
It appeared to me that the only thing that really wasn’t done was the bags weren’t changed frequently almost every stop on these last few. The bags were disintegrating maybe getting stronger bags because they’re not doing a good job. It’s making it harder to do it.
Update has ruined the app
Been using the app for a while now, while it has been great most of the time this update has significantly downgraded the app. Super slow and laggy when checking in stops and adding new stops. When navigating to a stop the wrong address appears in Google Maps even though the address is the app is correct which wasn’t an issue prior to the update except maybe in a few rare occasions but happens all the time now.

I have been a loyal RoadWarrior user for a long time, and the previous version was excellent. Unfortunately, the new update has made the app much worse. It is less user-friendly, slower, and many of the features I relied on are no longer as convenient.
Because of these changes, I decided to cancel my subscription. I'm not the only one—five of my friends have also unsubscribed because they feel the same way.
I hope the developers listen to user feedback and bring back the simplicity and reliability of the previous version. Until then, I can't recommend this app.

Your update has completely ruined the app
Time of optimise no longer available just sets to what ever time you started planning your route stops go missing but still shows the line they where on for an app that’s used daily for work it’s now unusable we expect better for over £100 per year what where you thinking ?
Sharing is working
The most recent update has made it so I cannot share the route via text. It used to be so easy. I can share it from the routes master list, but not when I’m in the route. The option is there, it just doesn’t do anything. And when I DO share it from the master list, it doesn’t include the times for each stop anymore. Please fix!

Just why?
New update has rendered this app entirely useless, every action has a delay, manual pindrops don’t place where your pressing, new map overlay has seemingly erased roads from existence and is significantly less legible, phone burns up after minutes of app being open.
So many poor choices all pushed onto users at once. Instant cancelation.

No longer useful
I can’t access it without having to pay for it…

Does what it’s supposed to do.
Other than the fact that I had to delete and reinstall twice over the last almost 4 years (lost all my history doing that. Over 22K stops btw and no they couldn’t help me get it back) the app has been fine.
Update: NEW UPDATE SUCKS. NOT SMOOTH AT ALL. App still helps but whoever signed off on this update should be fired and everyone under them

Please update and fix editing asap.
I rely on utilization of this app daily for work travel, accessibility to notes, and route planning. After the last update the app doesn’t work even half as good as it did before the update. It’s almost impossible to edit/update notes if there is a significant amount of existing notes as the edit button does not exist. Also, app keeps freezing. Please fix asap!!

New update 7/23/2026 is absolute junk. Childish looking maps. Slow. Definitely stopping my subscription after this.

Great customer service but really should give a heads up on a update. Really rock a couriers route first thing in the morning.
They ruined a great app
New update is terrible! You used to be able to see the Google earth style map, which would actually show what a property looked like. Was great for snow removal planning and quotes. Now it doesn’t show anything, can’t see where the driveway is or how big it is, can’t see sidewalks, it’s absolutely useless now. Please fix!

I’ve been using RoadWarrior for over 7 years, and it has been an excellent app that I relied on every single day for work. It used to be fast, reliable, and efficient.
Unfortunately, the latest update has made the app significantly worse. Everything feels slow. Opening a stop’s information now takes about 2 seconds after every tap, which may not sound like much, but when you’re making hundreds of deliveries a day, those delays add up and become incredibly frustrating. Even typing is laggy, and the entire app feels sluggish.
For delivery drivers, speed and efficiency are critical. When you’re in a hurry, you need the app to respond instantly—not make you wait after every tap. The new update has taken away what made RoadWarrior so great.
I genuinely hope the developers listen to their long-time users and optimize the app’s performance. Used to like this app for almost 5 years, but the new update ruined it make it complicated
Ruined it with new update!!!!
App is awful and crashes takes to long to enter stops and does work when you don’t have service. New update will lose customers!!!

New update has ruined the app, it’s slow, heats my phone up so bad, freezes. The app was perfect before this new update. The functionality of it was perfect, now everything I do takes twice as long. Please go back to the old layout.
