I bought an eSIM, and my credit card was charged. But i never received the eSIM.
I reached out for help, but no one responded.

Great eSIM app
Works as designed and very easy to use. I tried a lot of apps for esims and I find this to be the best. I highly recommend this for eSims for traveling.
Confused
I wanted to know if I can by the e-sim before I travel and have it activate when I get to Malaysia but was unable to find this info
I wanted to change to Thai Baht but could not find this option either.
Your video on how to install the e-sim is so fast it’s over before I get my glasses on. Not useful at all.
My iphone has Mobile Data roaming, I guess its the same as cellular but it’s another point of confusion.
