A must for any Auckland parent!
We love this app, whenever my husband and I have no plans on the weekend we look in the app for ideas of places to go! I see a few negative reviews saying you can get this info from google, but google doesnt tell you things like pram friendly, what the parking is like, if the playground is for toddlers or big kids! Its such a cheap price to pay at $3 a month, plus so many offers in the offers tab u easily make that back with one of the free fluffys on offer at a cafe!

Absolutely LOVE this app
This app is a must for NZ parents all over. Whether it’s your local stomping ground or you’re off on a tiki-tour, this app is a must. I love getting up on Saturday, sun shining, no plans for the day - open up Roam and there’s half a day or whole day sorted checking out playgrounds in different areas.

The app makes getting out and about with my kids so easy. Whenever I want to catch up with friends, we can jump on and find something to do in an area that works for both of us. Even better, lots of places have offers to use like free coffee or discounted entry! I used to have to google every area before - this saves so much time!

Best app for busy parents!
I have been a day one user of this app and me and my husband both absolutely LOVE it! We use it constantly for ideas on cool new places to check out with the kids, plus I love the events page that tells you all the local happenings. So affordable for everything we get out of it. Plus I love that it’s been developed by a local Mum who is working hard behind-the-scenes to keep it as user friendly as possible.

Fantastic and so cheap
This app is great and it’s only $3 a month. Every time I am not sure where to go, I reach for Roam. I have visited some real hidden gems, one of which is becoming regular. It’s very user friendly, the photos are clear and you can filter based on what you are looking for. I also like that you can read reviews from other users about the locations.

Great app. Awesome value
Love that everyone is in 1 searchable place. The filters make it super easy to find something to do that suits my family. The vouchers on the app create tremendous value. We save over $30 every time we go to My Wonderland indoor playground. This alone makes the app more than worth it. Thank you!

My favourite app of 2025! We’ve had such great value out of the Roam app since downloading it earlier this year. We’ve found lots of our new favourite local places to take our 2 daughters and have saved so much money using their deals too! Definitely worth the $3 subscription!
An easy way of seeing what events are on without having to trawl thru FB events!
Grateful to have something easy in my pocket to see what’s coming up to do with the kids and love the deals the app has with amazing vendors like My Wonderland where I get to benefit too!
Pay to use app
This app is pay the use absolutely anything about it. Totally fine if u want pay money (didnt used to cost just to use the app but obvi things have changed). Don’t want to pay money then do t bother downloading as it’s a waste of time 😅

Highly recommend this app. I have both kids home today and I thought “mm what should I do with them?”. Having this app is a game changer. I’m able to look local and find new places we haven’t explored.
