Worst app
I clicked on 3 days trial, and i tried it, didn’t like it much. And went to cancel, I see I got charge $189 and no way to get refunded. What a scam!!!!
This site is horrible
The site is very user unfriendly! It locks on one-way flights and where you want to search and there is no way to change the search. WASTE OF MONEY!!
Beware when signing up premium.
I hit the button to get premium when I wanted to see more flights. $14.99/mo seemed like a reasonable price to try it for 30 days. They automatically charged me for a full year-

Waste of money, was not able to find any live flights or alerts for Air Canada

Idea awesome, execution isn’t great overall… and the latest update means you can’t even change the airports 🥴

I can't believe I shelled out money for this service. there is not been one flight that you have sent me that has been accurate. For example, today you sent me a flight it says it was 250k points on Virgin Atlantic. I was on Virgin Atlantic within one minute and there was no such points flight available. A complete waste of time and money. Please cancel immediately.

Purchased an eSIM but was never shown on my profile. Contacted customer service and got no response. Save your money, time and peace of mind and get your eSIMs elsewhere, there are plenty of reputable and reliable options

Inaccurate and useless
For anything beyond the simplest searches, the results are consistently inaccurate and largely useless. I’ve tried it many, many times, and it’s been the same experience every time.

Not one flight I found is available, total scam. Avoid at all cost.
APP for IPAD is a joke
Looking at your app on an iPad is a joke. You do know that you can get apps to modify the screen to show more information and to fill the space? If not, I would suggest you reach out to an app developer.

The timezone issue has been fixed in the latest iOS update. The app works well now, and the support team responded quickly. Great app for finding award flights!

Also their facebook group is only full of how to get flights to japan, nothing more is discussed so it’s a waste joining. Save your money for the better platforms.

Inconsistent results
It seems I’m not the only one having issues on search results. This can be an amazing tool but right now it’s frustrating to use and I’m having to use other reward travel search engines. The issue is when searching, you might not get any results but then you’ll try again later and a bunch will come through. Also I’ve noticed as you apply filters, naturally the search results narrows. However, when you try resume back to the original search, nothing shows up! Very annoying to use.

Not a bargain
I am not finding any good deals here. A business class on Emirates for 105,000 miles plus $12,000 doesn’t seem like a bargain. Very frustrated and regret my subscription.
not as advertised
Paid $82 for an app that will let me customize a search and then sends me 100+ emails a day claiming to be from said saved search even though I’ve excluded all but 50 airports worldwide. Sent not one but two support requests through the website as well as one through their chat feature which isn’t actually a chat, just another way to send a support request and have gotten crickets in return. At this rate, I’ll probably have to do a chargeback on my card as this is decidedly NOT what I paid for nor what was advertised.
There are better and more responsive points search platforms out there.

Truly Excellent
This is the gold standard for checking for reward flights IMO. I have seats.aero, too, and still prefer Roame.travel. Neither is perfect, but this one is the best for me. I’ve been using it for a couple years now and booked many flights using the info from here. It has saved me a ton of points/miles.
