App crashed on purchase (im on an iPhone 13 Pro). My card was charged but hours later, no e-sim is available in my account. I wrote to support and they responded by saying “Due to an influx in orders we are experiencing delays in the background. Please allow a little
time for the eSIM to reflect into your account.”
Why not just display this information at checkout if you know you’re experiencing delays? What kind of stack are you on that you can’t fulfil orders when purchased or even send a confirmation email? All seems too unreliable to me.

I had a three week trip to Europe that span multiple countries and needed a good eSIM to support my data usage. I was nervous as I’ve never used anything like this before, and I’ve always gone through my carriers data plan. I did not want to spend $100 through my carrier, and I looked at eSIM options. When I went with the common options available, I found that I needed to book them in 10 or 30 day increments. However, I needed 17 days. RoamFlux was a great option because I was able to choose only the countries I was visiting and only the days that I needed. The top off process was very easy, and I would absolutely use it again. At certain points, RoamFlux was a stronger data connection than my husband’s who was purchased through the carrier.

Switched from Airalo to RoamFlux – Much Better Experience!
I had been using Airalo for my travels, but I recently switched to RoamFlux, and the difference has been noticeable. RoamFlux offers way more customization options for data plans, which is great for tailoring to my specific needs. It’s also cheaper than what I was paying with Airalo, and the connection quality has been excellent. The setup was easy, and the app made it simple to pick a plan that worked across multiple countries. The connection has been super reliable—better than my experience with Airalo, where I occasionally had drops in service. Overall, I’m really happy I made the switch!

Great for Travelling
I went on a trip around Europe and this was the best app out of all the ones I tried. The eSIM set up was so easy and I was able to get one for each country I went to and only paid for what I needed. Wish I knew I about this sooner!!

I thought it was free
I was mindfully watching my YouTube videos when this ad pops up .,, boom it’s Roamflux. Well i watched it and see , it was said in the ad it was free but when i download it not free 😓
Currency is inconsistent
The prices are shown without currency when you’re looking through the app, so assuming it’s in AUD the prices look good.
But when you get to purchase it shows US dollars which makes the prices much worse than if they were AUD.
The app should be consistent with showing the currency all the time, or even better, show in the home currency like other international eSIM apps.
I never went through with the purchase because it was expensive.
Also, the app wouldn’t download straight away on my phone nor my daughters, but other eSIM apps downloaded fine.
