RoamGroom

RoamGroom is a focused business workspace for independent mobile pet groomers. It keeps the information you need for each stop—from client and pet details to safety notes, visit photos, services, payment status, and the next appointment—in one continuous workflow. Plan the day: • Review today’s route and upcoming appointments. • Open Apple Maps, calls, messages, or email only when you choose. • Keep client, pet, service, and appointment records available offline. Complete each visit: • Confirm care and safety notes before starting. • Record services, private notes, customer-facing notes, and visit photos. • Track totals, tips, taxes, adjustments, payment method, and payment status. • Generate and share a service-summary PDF. • Create the next appointment without rebuilding the client history. Control your data: • Core business records stay in the app’s private storage on your device. • Export a portable ZIP containing CSV files, summaries, and optional photos. • Continue to view, export, and delete existing records if subscription access ends. RoamGroom does not process customer payments, automatically send messages, or require pet owners to create an account. V1.0 does not provide iCloud sync. RoamGroom Pro is a monthly auto-renewing subscription. Eligible Apple Accounts may receive a seven-day free trial. The App Store shows the localized price and offer eligibility before purchase.
