LessonStamp: Class Credits

LessonStamp helps independent coaches and teachers keep attendance and prepaid lesson credits accurate. TRACK EACH SESSION See today’s schedule, record attendance, and handle late cancellations, no-shows, timely cancellations, and coach cancellations. KEEP CREDIT BALANCES EXPLAINABLE Every purchase, deduction, adjustment, reversal, and correction stays in an audit-friendly ledger. Balances are calculated from ledger history rather than overwritten. MANAGE STUDENTS AND PACKAGES Create student profiles, add or renew lesson packages, monitor low balances and expiration dates, and archive inactive students without losing history. CORRECT MISTAKES SAFELY Attendance corrections preserve the original record and append a reversal plus the corrected result. REPORT AND EXPORT Review date-range summaries, export CSV or PDF files, and create a full structured backup. Contact details are excluded from normal exports unless you explicitly include them. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Core records are stored locally. Optional iCloud sync uses the signed-in user’s private iCloud database. LessonStamp has no advertising or analytics server, does not upload contacts, and never sends messages automatically. SUBSCRIPTION LessonStamp Pro is a monthly auto-renewable subscription. Eligible new subscribers can try Pro free for 7 days. The localized monthly price is shown before purchase. Existing records remain readable and exportable if the subscription ends.
