About

Plan your morning alarm, make time for a short rest, and meet Miaoli along the way. WakeMeow brings system alarms, short-rest timers and a cat-eared companion into one iPhone app. The app supports English and Simplified Chinese. It follows your iOS language preference, with English as the fallback. Typing tasks use the selected app language. Morning alarms Set a one-time alarm or a weekly repeating schedule. Choose an alarm sound and, when needed, a 5- or 10-minute snooze. The Monday-to-Friday preset does not account for holidays or adjusted working days. Optional wake-up tasks Choose math, a memory grid or typing for an alarm. Adjust difficulty and rounds, then try a silent rehearsal before saving. Tasks replace the snooze option. The system Stop button and the in-app Emergency stop remain available. Short rests Set a 5- to 45-minute rest or start from a preset for lunch breaks, study breaks, commuting or a quiet pause. The iPhone system handles the end alarm. The commuting preset does not track your location or arrival. Sounds and Miaoli Search, preview and favorite bundled sounds, then choose your alarm tone. Use a sunlit storybook room by day and a moonlit room by night. Appearance follows the system or your saved manual choice. Miaoli appears in idle, resting, alert and completion animations. Quiet focus Use a silent local timer with pause, resume and stop controls. Quiet focus does not make a sound or create a system alarm. Return to the app to check it after locking the screen. Local records View plans, observed system states and the feelings you choose to record. Export a JSON file or clear records in Settings. No account is needed. The app does not automatically upload personal records and has no cloud synchronization. Requirements and limits Requires an iPhone with iOS 26 or later. Alarms and short-rest alerts need system alarm permission and may play through the phone speaker; connected headphones do not guarantee private output. Alerts may not work while the phone is powered off. Keep a backup arrangement for important events. Presets and records do not provide sleep detection, sleep scoring or medical assessment.
