No customer service option
I made a 7- order but the shop wasn’t open yet but the app let me place the order. I went to cancel it. No cancel option.
Won’t ever let me order
At first, my location wouldn’t load a menu. Only one location would work. Today, the Fort Lee location is working, but it won’t let me add ANY items to my cart. Spoke with the store, they said to just re-log-in. That didn’t work! Bummed I can’t order!
Convenient at its best
I appreciate local business’ that cater to their costumers with multiple modern options to order and pay for products. Time is money and Roast’d saves me time with their new app. App is solid and works perfectly.
