There are better apps or websites to use this will probably ruin my chances of getting my money back. But my lawyers can’t even satisfy them. Deposited LESS THAN $500 and requested to withdraw this exact amount, no profit.
Account was FULLY VERIFIED, but was met with demands for all financial and identification documents to be provided before ANY withdrawal was to be processed from the account.
You would have thought I had won $50,000 or something. No, not even any profit, just looking to withdraw funds that I had deposited and already turned over.

I received my money after over a week, but the process was absurd; they required me to provide a complete bank statement just to confirm a $10 deposit through Apple Pay. It felt like an invasion of my privacy. I've used other bookmakers and paid in the same manner, and none of them have subjected me to such obstacles. This app uses shady tactics to block or delay customer withdrawals.
After completing all standard KYC verification (passport, ID, etc.), they made up extra hurdles — demanding a bank statement linked to an Apple Pay deposit, even though Apple Pay doesn’t work that way. It’s a clear tactic to stall paying out winnings.
Their behaviour likely breaches the Australian Consumer Law (misleading and unconscionable conduct) and the Betting and Racing Regulation 2012 (NSW) (which requires prompt payment of withdrawals). I only provided the extra document under duress to force action.
Formal complaints have been lodged with:
Liquor & Gaming NSW,
NSW Fair Trading,
and raised with the Minister for Gaming and Racing.
If you like companies that treat you fairly, stay away from them. Plenty of better bookmakers out there who actually respect the law.

Avoid at All Cost!!!
Downloaded the Rob Waterhouse app purely for sports betting, not racing. After just a few wins on sports betting, I was suddenly restricted from betting on ANY sports at all. Reached out to their so-called support team and was given no explanation whatsoever—just told my account is restricted and I could now only bet on racing. So basically, they’re forcing users into racing bets (which I personally hate, because the win rates are a lot lower IMO).
I wasn’t even allowed to withdraw my own money because they claimed I hadn’t met their “turnover requirements”, which I do understand. So basically, they trapped my funds and pushed me to bet on racing only. Thankfully, I managed to place a few low-odds bets and turned over all the funds and initiated a withdrawal the moment I could.
And just when I thought I was done, they hit me with more nonsense. I received an email asking for passport or driver’s licence ID, plus bank statements—just to prove I was the one who deposited the funds in the first place. Funny how they don’t ask for that when you deposit, but the moment you’re withdrawing? Suddenly, it’s a full identity investigation.
This app is full of deliberate roadblocks and shady practices. I’ve used 5–6 different betting apps over the years and not one has made it this difficult to bet or withdraw your own money. Rob Waterhouse is easily the worst bookmaker experience I’ve ever had.
