Hi, and thank you for giving Robin Baby a try. I'm genuinely sorry your first experience wasn't a good one. Customer experience is our number one priority, and this isn't the impression we ever want to leave. On the chat error you saw: if that message came up, it would have been a brief moment when one of the AI providers we rely on was temporarily down. It's rare, and we're actively adding backup AI providers so that if one has an outage, another takes over instantly, giving near 100 percent uptime for AI chat. I also want to gently share some context. We have many parents using Robin Baby every day, and every review on our page was earned honestly. Since the day we launched, we've shipped a new update every single week without fail, adding features our users have asked for and love. It's the work of a small team that cares deeply about getting this right. If you're open to giving us another try, I would genuinely love to help. Thanks so much for this, and congrats on your newborn! It genuinely means a lot to hear Robin Baby is helping you and your partner stay on the same page with sleep, feeding, and diapers, and that the voice logging is working well for you. Regarding the cross device sync, We figured out why entries sometimes lag on a second device, and we've got a fix coming in an upcoming update. After that, everyone's entries should show up reliably without needing to refresh. On customizing the main grid, I want to make sure I point you to the right thing. If you mean the Quick Log tiles, good news: you can already reorder or hide those by tapping the slider icon in the Quick Log section header. But if you were talking about the "Right Now" status cards up top, that's really helpful feedback, and giving people control over those is something we'd look into. Either way, it'd help us a lot if you reach out to us and let us know which one you meant, so we build the right thing for you. 💛 In the meantime, if syncing ever leaves you hanging, pulling down to refresh should grab the latest. Brilliant app, amazing AI features, and unmatched support!
A major highlight for me is Robin, the built-in AI assistant. It has come in handy multiple times and can even log things I forgot to track earlier. I also love that you can pause the sleep timers—it's absolutely perfect for quick overnight feeds and diaper changes.
To top it all off, customer service is top-tier. I’ve literally requested features or asked for assistance, and the updates were live in the app within a few days! I can’t recommend this app enough and truly hope it becomes a household name. It's stable, beautifully designed, and worth every single star.

Download Robin Baby and try it for yourself. They have great support and great features.
I had been testing several apps in advance of the birth of our child. I’m a firm believer in setting up these things before you need them. Robin Baby seemed to have a great interface and I loved the integration with Siri and Shortcuts since it allows me to do a tad more with the app like logging stool color and even saving a photo to a specified album if needed.
I had a few suggestions and provided them through the app feedback section. I always feel like these mostly go unanswered. To my surprise support reached out to me shortly after and said the feedback I suggested was in the pipeline and it actually was rolled out later. Love when developers listen to the users.
The responsiveness of the team actually convinced me to sign up for an annual membership well before my trial ended.
