didn’t work can’t stop
i downloaded this for less than a full day, it never worked properly. even worse, i can’t disable it. it gives a notification before you log out to “make sure to disable call screening for your voicemail to work properly” and yet i can’t find where to disable it.

I love this app it’s just you have to pay money and I found a way better app it’s called call hero crm you should download that app instead of this stupid app that you have to pay for download that app
Doesn’t work
just doesn’t work. tried several times to set up but it doesn’t do anything to screen my calls. it states in the set up there’s a certain way to delete this app but I can’t even read the full description.
Awesome concept, but it’s not working properly
This is exactly what I have been looking for. I tested it out and there are no notifications (even though notifications were enabled for the app) when I received a call. You have to open the app in order to see anything. So it’s useless for calls since you don’t know when you are getting one.
If the app is opened you do get the live transcript which works pretty well. Typing your responses is awesome and works really well too. Too bad none of this works unless your in the app when you get a call.
Also if you do not answer the call it will keep the caller on the line forever. It should ask for the callers name and purpose and if within a certain time the user doesn’t answer or respond then it should ask them to leave a message (which should also cause a notification when a message is left) and there should be an option to listen to audio for voice mails. Currently this does not support voicemail aside from an endless transcript of nothing until the caller hangs up.
I would love this app to work, but it’s not right now. I hope it gets better and I can try it again.

It won’t even install
Messed up Voicemail
This sounded good. Installed and setup, then I noticed my voicemail no longer works. People call in and hear that I am using a screening service but are not able to leave a voicemail. After I uninstalled it I still can’t fix it. This all in the first day. Not happy with this, now we have no idea how to fix this.

Not working
Downloaded the apps with high hopes it would work like advertised. I setup my number and followed all directions. When I used another line to test the function, I received the message about caller is using a service that has not been setup yet. I emailed the company and hopefully they can help me. 3 stars for now until this is resolved.

Really fun feature to have
Super useful with so many annoying robo calls, but you still need to be able to pick up calls for deliveries and ride shares.

I read the reviews and it seems like a good app but I give it 3 stars because I couldn’t get past the creat account page. It asks for my phone number but never sends the code needed to continue.

I love that this app is so easy and straightforward to use. I can see what the caller wants to talk about and I can respond to them in real time. This app even deters spam callers from leaving messages. You can see that you received a call, but you no longer have to waste time listening to their voicemails about your stolen social security and expiring car warranty. Get this app, it is so worth it!

Haven’t picked up a spam call since
This app is great at stopping robocallers. I can see what the caller is saying without having to pick up the phone. When the call is important, I can send a response in the app or just pick up.
