L’application est très bonne, mais c’est dommage qu’ils ont enlevé le mode de tonte manuelle et s’il vous plaît faites une version pour l’iPad qui utilise tout l’écran!

Cette marque est à fuir !!!! Je regrette de l’avoir acheté ! L’appli c’est vraiment de l’amateurisme ! J’ai un robot RC 308 et plus possible de la gérer via l’appli ! Car tout simplement depuis la mise à jour le Bluetooth ne fonctionne plus ! Impossible de connecter l’appli au robo ! Et ce malgré les désinstallation etc… cette marque est à fuir !!!!!!

Robomow should update it, it is now very old and the 2.0 version removed many interesting features and more advanced options that were present in the previous version. Also the functionality of manually controlling the RC Robomow is gone, it was a useful feature.

Pessimo funzionamento
Si blocca spessissimo e fa fatica a collegarsi. Devo spesso eliminarla e rifare il download. Oggi l’ho fatto 3 volte e non riesce a collegarsi al server nonostante una ottima connessione a Internet da parte mia.

Ottimo robot che funziona da 5 anni senza problemi.
Peccato che Robomow abbia dismesso la produzione e si fa fatica a trovare ricambi.

Aggiornamento App
È inconcepibile che sia stata fatta un app nuova per i nuovi modelli, mentre per chi ha come me un RC308 siano 2 anni che non viene nemmeno aggiornata. Il mio robot con iPhone 14 non regge le modifiche che apporto tramite l’app.

Carica batteria
Sbaglio io o non è possibile vedere dall’app la carica della batteria? Servirebbe un numero che indichi la percentuale, secondo il simbolo della batteria che vedo in alto a destra è sempre carica.
Non mi funziona la programmazione dei tagli. Quando arriva il momento indicato nel programma, non si muove niente e mi segna direttamente la data del prossimo taglio.

Step backwards
The arrogance of removing functions amazes me. We buy the product and then Robomow take away what we bought. For example
Manual mowing, this is due to the mower missing large chunks of the garden when it mows and needing to do it manually. This used to work, but has been removed. No explanation, I’d send mower back if it was under warranty - avoid Robomow products as they treat customers with contempt

Battery percentage missing
Every new update means bugs only and everything getting worse. Now I can't see percentage of battery of my mower when charging in the dock. Thank you.

Permette di fare veramente poco in connessione Bluetooth e ancora meno via gsm. Spendere soldi su un modulo GSM per avere poco o niente non vale la pena. Alcune funzioni del menu non sono neanche tradotte in lingua italiana e appaiono in tedesco. Per niente soddisfatto.

L’ancienne version était de loin meilleur. Mauvaise connection même à côté du Robomow. Malgré les remarques, il n’y a jamais des updates. Ils veulent qu’on achète un modèle plus récent. A éviter!
Makes mower useless
This version removed manual mowing. Previously I used this to mow difficult to wire areas and mow the edge backwards to cut grass flattened during normal forward edging. I could make my lawn look really good, and was a 15 year user on my second Robomow. All changed-this app has rendered my mower useless. Two years of complaining with no fix. Don’t buy from this company -they completely abandoned their customers-worst support I have ever experienced.

Programme non executé alors que programmé du coup obligé de le lancer à la main (rx20u)
Un magnifique boulot de sabotage oups pardon sabordage de la marque
Mes voisins adore le principe en regardant mon mouton , mon seul conseil est c’est génial mais tout sauf Robomow pour l’instant !
