One and done
Got it to connect one time and won’t connect again. Now it is just a very expensive pedestal for a very expensive little robot.
Does not work.
Terrible app. It connected one time and now will not connect at all. I am now forced to try and get a response from customer service as I can do almost nothing with the base. Frustrating for a premium product like this.
The most broken of all robosen products
Very bad. Won’t connect in app despite the base itself saying it’s connected. This thing is no functional and the frequency of replies from support is gonna drag this past the return window. Would love to give zero stars.
Not ready for production
Connectivity is spotty at best lots of inconsistencies. The Alexa feature is completely broken in the two months. I’ve had this it’s only worked one time since the most recent update it always crashes every time you attempt to log into Amazon in order to authenticate against your account. Constant disconnections between the Base and the application really limit the ability to enjoy the product. I know this team has the capability to do something great, because the application on the Optimus prime robot is excellent & responsive.
