Still fun like last time, but what’s with the robots directly engaging the enemies?
I love the game but what’s with direct engagement? Ants Vs Robots and Robot Colony had the defenders stay at the base, but this one makes the defenders look like attackers instead “Defenders”

Bugs
There are bugs with the exploding robot factory sometimes it takes your gold bu doesn’t produce exploding robot or the exploding/healing robot

Simple, yet elegant
one of the best “RTS” games out on the App Store. It’s simpleness makes it complex which I really enjoy. Great game.

Massive improvement definitely should play
This game plays adds at the end of each level x without permission.
Any game that does this gets deleted immediately. Offer incentives for adds instead of jamming them down our throats. Would have been a good game otherwise.
Making a colony is fun
I literally completed level 1 end it was very fun because he was able to make a colony
Hours of fun, great sequel
I've played the original, as well as this sequel, and they're both great fun. There's a real opportunity to build on Robot Colony 2 by introducing a campaign mode: a series of unique maps of increasing difficulty, designed to be played sequentially, where buildings, new/improved units & buffs must be earned by meeting certain victory conditions (which may require replaying previously completed maps), and success in subsequent maps/levels is somewhat reliant on earned improvements. It mostly re-uses what already exists, but adds replayability & a different kind of challenge. It would be a shame if RC2 was left where it is now, because the hard work has already been done, it just needs to be reformulated/restructured. Maps will have to become an integral part of the challenge by design, using layout, placement, constrained resources & difficulty of victory conditions, balanced against access to upgrades. (That's something you might even be able to crowdsource?) But I understand you might have other projects you want to pursue. Maybe I'll have to wait for RC3. Sigh. Amazing but one thing...
So first off this game is one of the best 2D iPhone App Store games I have found, but there are some improvements to be made for sure. When you control your robots you chant really do anything accept run around and clear the mist, if you could make it so that we can do the stuff they can with 2x as much stuff that would be great or even if you gave us our own robit that’s faster and can do it all that would be amazing(maybe in a robot colony 3?).But for the mean time it’s an amazing game, good work and keep it up! :3

this game is relaxing while still being engaging. the level progression system is brillian. dont want the next levels thing? sick, theres 7 more you can play with varying rewards.
i love the fog of war, the only bone to pick with it is when your units run out of things to gather, instead of going directly to the fog to see if there is something there, they move in a random pattern. sometimes it makes it take forever to start gaining resources again.
i also think a “research” section would be cool, somewhere you could use xp based off of kills to give your units speed/hp/damage buffs.

Very disappointed.
The first version was way better. Your spawned bots didnt time out and die. You had procedurely generated maps and multiple bases.
This new version lacks that and your bots die after four minutes. Leaves you to constantly tap. Upgrades are all locked behind pay walls and extreme high levels.
Very boring now.
