Please update the previous app

Please update the WeBack app! None of my robots will register to the app anymore.
It connects fine to the WiFi, but gets stuck at “registering to the smart cloud”
I know it’s not this app but you are listed as the maker and I get no app support.
Please update WeBack app!!!!
